We will acknowledge receipt of your order promptly but a contract will only be formed between us when we confirm your order by email to the address provided by you. We will do this once we have received full payment from you.
PriceThe price to be paid by you will be the price advertised on our website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes.
All transactions will be processed via WorldPay using a secure server. We do not store any of your credit card details.
Postage and Packing are shown on the checkout page.We will try to dispatch your order within 30 days, but in any case, full payment must be received before dispatch. Payment will be processed by credit card and any refunds will be credited to your payment card.
DeliveryYour order will be dispatched within 7 working days of confirmation. We will send it by courier or Royal Mail, whichever is the more appropriate. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problems as soon as you become aware of them and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods.

If any goods are damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods, Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling, we will credit you in full or send you a replacement order. We will arrange for the damaged or defective goods to be returned to us.
