Goat’s Cheese and Balsamic Syrup Tarts


Our Method:

  1. Cut the pastry into rounds and use to line mini tart tins.
  2. Spoon 1 tsp of the caramelised onions into each tart and then divide the goat’s cheese between the tarts.
  3. Place the tarts in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. Remove the tarts from the tins when slightly cooled and drizzle with Atkins & Potts Balsamic Syrup and serve with the rocket.
  5. Serve with the rocket.
