Roasted Vegetables with Roasted Garlic & Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl with salt, pepper and a good drizzle of oil.
  2. Place onto a baking tray and roast at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until soft and the edges are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and place into a serving bowl. Generously drizzle with Roast Garlic & Balsamic Dressing.
