Tuna Sandwich with Béarnaise Sauce


  • 200g canned tuna
  • 1 stick celery, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 radish, finely sliced
  • Atkins & Potts Béarnaise Sauce
  • Sliced brown or granary bread

Our Method:

  1. Mix the tuna, celery, onion, parsley and radish together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the Béarnaise Sauce and ensure everything is nicely coated.
  3. Use as a sandwich filling with the brown bread.
