Bacon, Brie and Spicy Cranberry Baguette

Ingredients, per Baguette:

Our Method:

  1. Heat an oven to 180C. Fry the bacon in a small frying pan until crispy or cooked to your liking.
  2. Cut open the baguette and spread liberally with the relish.
  3. Put the brie and cooked bacon into the baguette then place onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese has just started to melt.
