Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the filo pastry into four equal pieces. Brush each piece with a little oil then stack the pieces on top of each other, rotating them slightly so the edges don't match up.
Spoon 1-2 tsp Balsamic Plum Chutney onto the centre of the parcel and top with the feta.
Gather the pastry together, making a parcel, and place on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve with salad on the side.
