Goat's Cheese Tart with Spiced Pear & Date Chutney

Ingredients, for four people:

Our Method:

  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C. Cut the pastry into rounds and use to line mini tart tins.
  2. Spoon 1-2 tsp of the chutney into each tart tin then divide the goat's cheese between the tarts.
  3. Place the tarts onto a hot baking tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. Remove the tarts from the oven then remove from the tins when slightly cooled and serve on top of the rocket.
