Puff Pastry Twirls with Parmesan and Caramelised Onions

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Preheat an oven to 220C and lay out the puff pastry sheet on a floured worktop.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the chutney over the pastry then sprinkle with the Parmesan.
  3. Fold the pastry in half (filling inside) then roll out until about the thickness of a £1 coin. Cut the pastry into 1-2cm strips with twist each strip.
  4. Put the strips onto a floured baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
