Scallops with Vermouth, Lemon & Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the scallops.
  2. When they are almost cooked, pour in the Vermouth, Lemon & Tarragon Sauce, bring to a simmer and serve immediately.
  3. This sauce is also delicious with tuna steaks, fish fillets or king prawns. Try heating a little and serving with steamed carrots.
