Chicken Salad with Herbes de Provence Dressing

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Put the diced chicken on a skewer and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan until cooked through.
  2. Arrange the salad leaves, tomatoes and peppers on a plate and put the cooked chicken on top.
  3. Generously drizzle with Atkins & Potts Herbes de Provence Dressing to serve.
