Devilled Eggs with Chipotle Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Remove the shells from the boiled eggs and cut each egg in half. Scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mix the egg yolk with 2 tsp Atkins & Potts Chipotle Chilli Mayonnaise, 1 tsp Atkins & Potts Dijon Mustard and some salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe the egg yolk mix back into each egg white and then decorate with chives and diced tomato.
