Beef Glazed with Marstons Pedigree Caramelised Onions

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides then place under a preheated grill.
  2. Halfway through cooking, spread with a tsp of the caramelised onions then finish cooking to your liking.
  3. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes or a fresh salad.
