Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Add the water to a large saucepan with the peppercorns, lemon, salt and celery.
  2. Cover the pan and simmer for around 10 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon to the poaching liquor and simmer gently for around 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked throughout.
  4. Gently remove the salmon and serve with a side of new potatoes and hollandaise sauce.
