Beef Salad with Chilli Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. In a griddle pan, fry the steak to your liking then remove and leave to rest.
  2. Add the pepper and asparagus to the pan and allow it to char.
  3. Put the salad into a bowl and add the croutons and Roquefort cheese.
  4. Slice the steak and add to the salad with the pepper and asparagus.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of Atkins and Potts Chilli Balsamic Syrup.
