Baked Camembert with Red Onion & Jalapeno Relish


Our Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and cut the bread into thick slices. Brush each side with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the sliced bread on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, turn the slices over, then bake for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Place the cheese in an ovenproof dish and put into the oven when you turn the bread slices over.
  4. Remove the bread and cheese from the oven. Dip the bread crostini into the relish then into the brie.
