Salmon, Mascarpone & Roast Garlic Pasta

Our Method:

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. While it cooks, flake up the cooked salmon.
  2. Warm the Atkins & Potts Mascarpone & Roast Garlic Pasta Sauce in a pan until just simmering.
  3. Drain the pasta then stir through the sauce, salmon and the fresh thyme.
