Mustard Chicken Wrapped in Parma Ham


Our Method:

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl with a few teaspoons of Atkins & Potts Dijon Mustard and some salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken in a slice of Parma ham and then thread onto a skewer.
  3. Fry in a little oil in a large pan until cooked through.
  4. Serve with sautéed potatoes.
