Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Fry for a few minutes until lightly brown, then remove and keep to one side.
Put the same pan back on the heat, add a little more oil, then add the pork steaks. Fry until cooked through, then remove and leave to rest.
Put the pan back on the heat and add the Atkins & Potts Classic Mushroom Sauce. Heat for a few minutes until just simmering, then add the sliced mushrooms to the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the pork and sprinkle with parsley.
This is also delicious with chicken or a baked aubergine.
