Pork with Classic Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients, for two people:

Our Method:

  1. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Fry for a few minutes until lightly brown, then remove and keep to one side.
  2. Put the same pan back on the heat, add a little more oil, then add the pork steaks. Fry until cooked through, then remove and leave to rest.
  3. Put the pan back on the heat and add the Atkins & Potts Classic Mushroom Sauce. Heat for a few minutes until just simmering, then add the sliced mushrooms to the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork and sprinkle with parsley.

This is also delicious with chicken or a baked aubergine.
