Steak with Classic Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients, for two people:

Our Method:

  1. Season each steak with salt and pepper while heating a large frying pan.
  2. Add a little oil to the pan, then add the steak. Fry until cooked to your liking, then remove and leave to rest.
  3. Put the pan back on the heat and pour in the Atkins & Potts Classic Peppercorn Sauce. Warm the sauce until just simmering, then add the Atkins & Potts Wholegrain Mustard.
  4. Pour the sauce over the steak before serving.

Perfect served with chips, grilled tomato and watercress. This peppercorn sauce is also great warmed and poured over broccoli.
