Season each steak with salt and pepper while heating a large frying pan.
Add a little oil to the pan then add the venison. Fry until cooked to your liking then remove and leave to rest.
Put the pan back on the heat and pour in the Atkins & Potts Classic Red Wine Sauce. Warm the sauce until just simmering. You could add some sliced fried mushrooms at this stage if you like.
Pour the sauce over the venison and serve with seasonal vegetables.
