Ingredients:

• 1 bottle Atkins & Potts Pomegranate Syrup
• 12 ready-made mini tart cases
• 150ml double cream, whipped until thick and spreadable
• 150g fresh fruit

Our Method:

1. Fill each tart case with whipped cream.
2. Top each tart generously with fruit.
3. Drizzle over Atkins & Potts Pomegranate Syrup.

This recipe works equally well with Atkins & Potts Rose, Rosehip and Lavender Syrup.
